A line taken from my all time favorite early 90's television show,
Saved by the Bell.
I used the phrase and influence of colors from the time to make the piece, "Is Art, Art?"
In both Dutchie and Mini size.

Do you know what character said this and to who???

Considering color block patterns are one of the looks for spring, this is a perfect piece for anyone that wants in on the style but doesn't wanna spend a ton on a color block dress or leggings;
quite frankly who would look  good in those?
